Payment schedule

• 50% due at booking
• Remaining 50% due 7 days before arrival
• $300 refundable security deposit hold, released after checkout if the property is left clean

Payments and deposit holds are processed securely through OwnerRez at the time of booking — no payment details are collected or stored on this website.

While you're here

House rules

• No weddings, parties, or events
• Up to 16 guests (up to 20 with approval, additional fees apply)
• Up to 2 approved pets, non-shedding/hypoallergenic, fee applies
• No parking on the lawn or road
• Life jackets recommended at the pond; no diving; no pets in the pond
• No lighter fluid in the ceramic grill (electric lighter provided)

Cancellation policy & rental agreement

The full cancellation policy and rental agreement are presented and e-signed as part of the OwnerRez booking process, so every guest reviews current terms at the time they book.
