The private pond has a beach area and is about 6 ft deep at its max. It's unheated, unfiltered, and unsupervised — life jackets are recommended and diving isn't allowed. Pets are not permitted in the pond.

Up to 2 approved pets, non-shedding/hypoallergenic breeds only, with a fee. Pets aren't allowed in the pond.

Not fully ADA accessible — there are stairs to the upper bedrooms and basement. One primary bedroom and bath are on the first floor.

No — Sunset View Retreat is family-focused and does not host weddings, parties, or events.

A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes), plus an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Starter household supplies, linens, and towels are provided.

Parking for about 10 vehicles. Please don't park on the lawn or road. Porch outlets are available for small EV chargers.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, checkout is 11:00 AM. Entry is self check-in via keypad; directions are sent before arrival since GPS may not find the driveway.
